Eligibility & Website Usage

Our services are intended for individuals, businesses, startups, and companies legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, copy content, misrepresent your identity, submit false enquiries, or interfere with website functionality.

Service Enquiries, Quotations & Development

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship. Projects begin only after requirement discussion, scope confirmation, quotation approval, payment agreement, and written confirmation. Quotations are based on provided information; changes in requirements may alter scope, timelines, or costs.

Website Services

Services include UI/UX Design, WordPress Development, Responsive Development, Speed Optimization, and WhatsApp Integration. Features requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Project Timeline

Timelines depend on client communication, content availability, and approval processes. Delays in providing assets, login credentials, or hosting access may extend the delivery timeline.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, credentials, and hosting/domain info, ensuring all materials are legally owned and free from copyright infringement.

Marketing Services Clauses

SEO Services

SEO is an ongoing process. We follow ethical standards, but we do not guarantee first-page rankings, specific positions, traffic, leads, or sales, as these depend on search engine algorithms and competition.

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Campaigns are managed per approved budgets. Performance metrics (CPC, Reach, ROI) are determined by platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, or campaign approval.

Social Media Marketing

Performance depends on external factors like algorithms and audience behavior. We do not guarantee viral content or specific engagement metrics.

Content Writing Services

Content is prepared per client requirements. Clients must review for factual accuracy and legal compliance before publication.

Intellectual Property & Payment Terms

Source code, graphics, and branding assets remain the property of IARROT Digital until full payment is received. Advance payment may be required. Delayed payments result in suspension of work.

Refund Policy & Project Cancellation

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. This applies to completed projects, approved designs, SEO work performed, and ad management. In case of cancellation, the client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to that date.

Third-Party Services, Confidentiality & Liability

We are not responsible for third-party platforms (Hosting, Domains, Google/Meta Ads). Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality. IARROT Digital is not liable for website downtime, algorithm updates, or cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control.

Force Majeure & Governing Law

We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, or internet outages. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi, India.

Modifications, Severability & Entire Agreement

We reserve the right to update these terms. Updated versions become effective upon publication. If any provision is found invalid, remaining terms remain enforceable. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Quotations, constitute the entire agreement.
